Rental Services

Oxford Town Concierge is here to help make sure your rental  property is ready for guests with top notch service.  We can stock your condo for guests prior to arriving or deliver a custom welcome gift.   Anything from charcuterie boards to chocolate covered strawberries, wine, and more.  We offer a variety of delicious homemade goodies that can be ready to greet your guests upon arrival. In addition, we can check on your condo prior to your guests' arrival to make sure it is well stocked with all the necessary items. We can also spruce it up with fresh flowers or holiday touches to make it extra special.  Do you need someone to meet a delivery or a repairman?  We offer those services as well.  Let us know what your needs are and we are happy to help make owning and maintaining your rental property less stressful.
Condo stocking: $50 an hour with an hour minimum plus cost of goods
Welcome gift delivery: $30 plus cost of gift
Pre-rental Prep: $50 plus cost of any goods needed 
Deliveries: $40 for the first hour and $10 for every hour after that.
